Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that life happens, but please respect my time and the time of other clients by giving notice if you need to adjust your booking. Please provide at least 24 Hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to fill your spot and accommodate other guests on my waitlist. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running behind, reach out as soon as possible - after 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on the service and schedule for the day. I value your time and appreciate the same courtesy in return. Consistent communication helps me provide the best experience for every guest who sits in my chair.
